The 8 Week Fitness Challenge
This program is designed to
combine exercise and nutrition to transform your body to the
healthiest it has ever been!
The 8 week challenge includes:
- Support to develop
your personal SMART goals
- Before and after
Fitness Assessments
- Before, halfway and
after weight in and measurements (depending on personal
goals)
- Weekly email
support form your challenge leaders (nutrition and weight
loss handouts)
- A nutrition, exercise
and motivational seminar (date to be announced)
Who can attend:
The challenge is open to all gym members of all ages and
fitness levels.
