The 8 Week Fitness Challenge

This program is designed to combine exercise and nutrition to transform your body to the healthiest it has ever been!

The 8 week challenge includes:

  • Support to develop your personal SMART goals
  • Before and after Fitness Assessments
  • Before, halfway and after weight in and measurements (depending on personal goals)
  • Weekly email support form your challenge leaders (nutrition and weight loss handouts)
  • A nutrition, exercise and motivational seminar (date to be announced)

The challenge is open to all gym members of all ages and fitness levels.
