the crèche. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you wish to

PLEASE NOTE: As a courtesy to everyone, please arrive 5 minutes
early for the classes as the instructor will head to the room 5
minutes before the class if you are not on time unfortunately you will
miss out on the class.


Fit Box:
A boxing style cardio workout designed to exercise the whole
body. This class is for all fitness levels and is a great
experience.
Fit Circuit:
A Combination of Cardiovascular workout and resistance for
the ultimate full body workout. Burn Fat & Tone Up, suitable
for all cardio levels
Kick Fit:
A Fun interactive way to burn fat, with a combo of Kicking
and a full on cardio workout. Anyone can come, train at your
own pace.
Fit Spin:
A high intensity Cardio workout using spin bikes. Suitable
for everyone, just go as hard as you need to.
Pilates:
Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and
balance with Pilates mat exercises. This class is suitable
for all fitness levels.
Yoga:
This is a class involving basic yogic moves that specialises
in flexibility. This class cultivates a calm, yet alert
energy, mental & physical well-being, flexibility &
strength, through yogic poses & breath awareness. Suitable
for all fitness levels.
Aqua:
A high Energy low impact workout using water for resistance.
This class is suitable for everyone but specifically those
who have some body ailments.
Glute’s & Thighs:
If you're trying to shape your hips, buns and thighs then
this class if for you, it’s a class that incorporates
exercises specifically to these area’s and basic
flexibility.
Zumba:
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with
unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba
participants to dance away their worries.
